🆕 NOW IN FORCE ELV Rules 2025, S.O. 98(E) dated 06.01.2025. EPR targets started FY 2025-26. Target = 8% of steel weight in vehicles introduced 15 yrs ago (transport) / 20 yrs ago (non-transport). Ramps to 13% (FY 2030-31) and 18% (FY 2035-36).
